The dirty tricks don't stop in the democratic party in Harris county....wow! I shouldn't be shocked by now, but it just isn't the case. There is a group called the King Street Patriots, which is largely a group of concerned Mom's, that have gotten hundreds of people to volunteer to be poll watchers in an attempt to curve voter fraud in this city, something that should be applauded...so long as you want honest elections. As you might have heard, a few weeks ago they uncovered a large ring of voter registration fraud. 2 days after that, ALL of the voter machines in Harris county burned to the ground. Now as early voting has started, the democratic party is suing King Street Patriots for allegations of voter intimidation, attempting to keep people from the polls when in reality voting is up over 200% from the last mid term. I actually met and interviewed one of the women that was accused of intimidating voters. Two words....June Cleaver! This was the nicest lady that I've met in a long time and if someone could be intimidated by this woman, then they need some help.
She actually said that people came into the voting location and just started to yell (paraphrasing), "We are attorneys! Stop intimidating the voters!!! You need to leave now!!! We know the law and you have to leave for intimidating the voters!" She said she was just standing there doing her job. The other democrats who were working there told her that she didn't have to leave because she was just doing her job. She also mentioned that the democratic poll watchers/judges were embarrassed by these people who came in just stirring up trouble. After these people left, another woman came in screaming similar things....unbelievable! Don't believe the hype....there is an element out there that plays dirty. Search for the truth yourselves....it will set you free!!!!
